Recruiter for Electrical Service Company
Position Profile: Recruitment of high quality electrical service staff (Nation-wide)and all Corporate Internal Staff(Phoenix)
This key position is responsible for obtaining the service electricians and internal staff for all current and future areas of operations. Current goals are five (5) additional service electricians per month.
The Recruiter participates in the definition, planning and execution of the processes and activities that make up this function, and will be accountable for the performance of these activities as measured by candidate quality, volume, timeliness and budget attainment metrics.
Key responsibilities include:

●Locating & identifying and providing above average staff
Base Qualifications: This position must have the following qualifications:
• Excellent communication (both written and oral),
Nice-to-haves:
• Intensely personable oriented and driven;
• Independent worker with confidence to work in a small business environment;
• Good working knowledge of basic business; familiarity with electrical industry and procurement; and
• Experience in hiring field level supervisor, electrician/technician labor and temporary contract employees.

• Exceptionally high level of integrity, trustworthiness and honesty;
• Excellent people skills; ability to interact with people at all business and technical levels; and
• Capable of working with minimal direction and guidance.
