Client Services Representatives (Dispatch, Scheduling, Customer Service) Client Services Representatives are the main contact between Customers and Techs. All Representatives will be scheduling and maintaining Techs Schedules all over the United States. This position will require outbound calls to confirm appointments and making sure schedules are taken care of and communicated with our Techs in the field. We have several different shifts from early mornings to late afternoons. Requirements: - Great Typing Skills - Good Computer Knowledge - Great Phone Skills - Ability to Deal with Many Different Types of Personalities - Working Dispatch knowledge a Plus!
